Following her beginnings as a CPA in a large public accounting firm, she engaged in a 20+ year career in leadership roles in industry. Barb developed special passion and expertise regarding leadership and culture development. She has actively recruited many senior level positions in addition to recruiting and selecting top candidates from MBA and engineering programs around the country. For her work on leadership and culture, she was awarded the Twin Cities’ Business Journal’s Top 25 Women Changemakers Award in 2003. She also has actively lead and supported many health and community improvement non-profit and public organizations throughout her career.
